The hotel is incredibly hot, despite not being within the hotel, but my stay was very comfortable. The service was super friendly and helpful, making our stay relaxed and enjoyable. The location, the best in Val d'Isere, looked after us very well and was superb. The dining experience was a little disorganized.

The staff were very friendly and attentive in every respect, with an excellent host along with the ski shop staff. The service was outstanding; they even brought my skies and boots right to the reception whenever I needed them, making my stay both relaxed and very enjoyable.
